About

Punch Drunk worked with Dragon Door RKC in spring 2014 to produce two videos from their Seattle RKC Kettlebell workshop.

We joined master Max Shank and his team for a day of of swings, snatches, and Turkish get-ups – and by the end rigged a GoPro directly to a kettlebell for some interesting high frame rate KB snatches.

Final deliverables were two different videos: one that highlighted the MMA fighters taking the class and using kettlebells to hone their craft in the ring, and another shorter version that provided an overview of the class.

For final polish we put together a motion graphic treatment of the RKC logo.

MMA FIGHTERS ON KB TRAINING

This is the second video we made for RKC; in this version we focused solely on how MMA fighters can benefit from the RKC Kettlebell program.
