"The school year came to a close on Tuesday with our traditional "Curtain Call" End of Tri performances! The entire school community filled up both the Middle and Upper School gyms where over 25 visual and performing arts classes showcased their final performances in front of their peers. SAAS End of Tri 2022: Full Program
Overview
We were delighted to help bring these talented young performers live on two stages, located in two separate campus gyms. After two days of setup and rehearsals, the program was live streamed for the SAAS community to watch online or in their campus theater.
- Two live stages, simulcast between them, and streaming the entire program to Vimeo for an online audience
- 20k projector with extreme fine-tuning and warp correction + 13x24' video projection screen
- 3 robotic and 4 broadcast cameras spread out between both gymnasiums
- Our friends at Guerilla Audio joined us to engineer all the live audio & comms
- Precision Rigging ensured the hanging screen was safe & secure
- Hollywood Lights provided spotlights, moving light fixtures, truss, and LD
