Overview
- Punch Drunk worked with Dragon Door RKC in spring 2014 to produce two videos from their Seattle RKC Kettlebell workshop.
- We joined master Max Shank and his team for a day of of swings, snatches, and Turkish get-ups – and by the end rigged a GoPro directly to a kettlebell for some interesting high frame rate KB snatches.
- Final deliverables were two different videos: one that highlighted the MMA fighters taking the class and using kettlebells to hone their craft in the ring, and another shorter version that provided an overview of the class.
- For final polish we put together a motion graphic treatment of the RKC logo.
