Working with Colson Whitehead, Melinda Gates, and Rainn Wilson to help raise money for the King County Library System Foundation.
The 2021 Literary Lions Gala raised over $510,000 for the King County Library System, which will help ensure King County residents have access to free programs in areas such as youth literacy, economic empowerment, outreach to people experiencing homelessness, diversity/equity/inclusion, and STEAM education.
