Our live studio and physical headquarters are in the heart of Seattle’s SODO district.

Our team is often out at shoots and working on location. Please call ahead before stopping by.

Park on S Lander St., 6th Ave S, or in our parking lot: the fenced lot just east of our building and the train tracks

Enter on S Lander St. through the glass door

Proceed up the stairs to the studio

For deliveries, freight, and equipment.

Enter the Lander St. loading dock on S Lander St. between 6th Ave S and Airport Way S
Parking inside the loading dock is limited to 19 minutes
Punch Drunk is located just inside the loading dock, up the cement ramp to the left near the vending machines
