POV Shot glass cam

What the whisky sees when you take a shot.

For a spec food & drink travelogue pilot called “5 Shots,” we created a custom POV shot glass cam to capture the viewpoint of 1.5 ounces of liquor as it ascends from glass to gullet.

The show itself did not progress beyond the pilot, but the shot cam prototype certainly passed the initial tire-kicking and would have proudly showcased the eventual descent into debauchery contemplated by 5 Shot’s premise: subject and interlocutor take turns taking shots of various alcohol throughout a rambling digression on food, drink, and culture.

Thank you Julien Perry and Chef Brendan McGill for making this happen!
